Directed by Houshang Golmakani, editor of Film Monthly, Iran's oldest and most important film magazine, Stardust Stricken captures Makhmalbaf at home and on the set of his films, including the Salaam Cinema and Gabbeh. It also includes a conversation between Makhmalbaf and German director Werner Herzog.
