This was a banned movie in its release time, but enjoys almost cult status today amongst the audience.
Belgrade in the 90s seen through the eyes of Goran Čavajda 'Chavke', a late drummer of rock band ''Electric Orgasm''... His city became one of the worst places to live in Europe. Under dictatorship of Slobodan Milošević, country suffered highest inflation rate in its history, mass poverty and political isolation. Documentary consists of Chavkes monologues about total chaos which authorities made.
Chavke died of AIDS in 1997, shortly after movie was done. He was recognizable character in the Yugoslav rock scene, having appeared in several movies as well.
